But today, though overworked and understaffed - the customer service was impeccable. I was going in to find 1 shirt. And from trying it on to ensure it fit, from checking out, the team was positive and helpful. In today’s world - this is hard to find! Kudos to the team!"

"This location definitely has staffing issues. I had one of the most frustrating shopping experiences ever here last weekend. A store employee (short black woman with straight bobbed hair and glasses) and a manager (tall white woman with long straight brown hair) were so rude I was honestly rendered speechless. It seemed apparent that neither of them had any prior retail experience or training given how substantially they both botched the basics. I ended up going to a different Old Navy in Nashville the following day where the staff happily assisted me but why must I travel to a different zip code to receive adequate customer service? I don't know and won't be doing it again. I just hope the ladies at the Cool Springs store realize the true cost of their ill-placed, contentious attitudes since it will be a very long time before this repeat big spender returns, if ever."
