"i drive over an hour about once a month to shop at Nordstrom Rack!! I don't always buy something, but they do have better prices and quality on a lot of clothing."

"I Needed to make a return from a few weeks ago and they could not “find it” in the system. Jill, a manager, was extremely condescending and seemed to imply I did not actually make the purchase. She also did not care to help me solve this at all, even as a longtime Nordstrom card holder. I went home and immediately found the purchase in my Nordstrom rack app (I’d forgotten my phone). Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service from Jill."

"Went with my cousin and my aunt and decided to buy some shoes. I was trying on a lot at once and decided on a pair. I checked out normally and left with my purchase, but when I got home, upon opening the box and taking out the shoes they were 2 completely different styles. One was the one I tried on, and the other was a completely different shoe with the same brand and color. Thankfully there is a Nordstrom Rack in Memphis to return them or I would have been screwed. Never coming back"

"Buyer beware. These came in a pack of 2. We stopped by before our Fourth of July trip quickly before hitting the road. I know my boys size in Joe’s apparel like the back of my hand by now so I didn’t think I need to try this on him when I bought it. Once we arrived at our resort, I noticed something odd about the sizes of the shorts when we took them apart. Notice the incredible error by the retailer. Not only did they match the wrong sizes but also labeled a size with pen. Incredibly unprofessional!!"

"Decent Nordstrom Rack store. Prices are reasonable. Shoes omg shoes at great prices and so organized. Go for the shoes. Rest of store was rather messy and needed gone through and reorganized. Too many mixed sizes….throw it on a rack and the customer will figure it out. Four stars for the SHOES! And the nice cashier."
