"Update: the store is redeeming itself in my opinion. They accepted a return of some jeans purchased last fall, with no receipt, for store credit. It's inconvenient to have to go into a store to make a return but they're pretty generous with coupons and returns/ exchanges. The posted store hours on their main sign and on Google said they were open. When I arrived at the store at 2:00 PM on a Saturday, there was a printed sign saying they were closed. There were people busy in the store but they couldn't take the item I wanted to return. They said they'd be open tomorrow... But I already wasted time driving over. I'll just send it back and stop ordering from Carter's."

"Apparels quality, store location, cleanliness and staff - All good, 10/10. BUT, when you are just closing and a last minute customer appear see if you can help them, I know you can allow them shop but if they are there to collect an online pick up while you closed the shop an hour earlier than commenced time, you can favor them. All that does is makes the customer happy! Reasons that you won’t get paid for that last minute work won’t make customers happy but imagine they might have come from 20-30 miles and had to take another trip again. Hope this will be taken care off."

"We have several children that are growing like weeds, and my wife likes Carter's styles, so this store gets frequented by us. It can be hit or miss with finding items at a reasonable sale price, but we have had 2 very good visits the last 2 times we have gone, where the clearance section was well organized and stocked with many options, and the items on sale finally had our sizes. Even better, the cashier working the last time we were there was extremely pleasant and helpful in assisting us to find additional items for one of our boys. I've had trouble fitting strollers and finding items in the past, and have experienced some really messy displays of scattered clothes, but the past couple visits have been very different, in a much improved way."
