"My new favourite restaurant for lunch. It’s fresh, creative, and friendly. Convenient to West Nashville and South Nashville in the Franklin cool Springs area. You will not be disappointed by their seasonal bowl choices custom-made for the season. The owner, Luke, is hands-on, delivering the food, and making sure everyone is happy."

"Salmon and chicken were both dry and overcooked. Otherwise, the ingredients for the bowls seemed fresh and tasty. It's a very noisy space. Sitting outside would've been a better option."

"Wanted to try out a new restaurant that made me feel good about eating. This was a great choice. My partner and I got the same salad, "Chicken Mamacita." A popular favorite. Everything looked fresh. The chicken had a great flavor, but a tad dry. The dressing helped with that. We tried out two of the Olipop sodas and they were very delicious - orange squeeze and cherry vanilla. Overall, I would recommend a try!"

"Salads are not my usual thing for my primary meal. When I arrived I did not like the items on the menu, but was able to do the “Build Your Own” salad. I had lettuce of course with chicken, boiled egg, and veggies of my choosing. A little overpriced but the food, service & atmosphere were great!"

"Awesome salad place overall. Great vibes. I will be visiting again. The price per bowl is 100% on point for the quantity of salad and toppings you get. Personal preference: I which they had a chopped option to blend and toss the salads. The toppings were limited but high quality. Tomatoes were full of flavor and carrots were awesome! I ordered the baked chicken was so good! Also tried the steak and it also had great flavor."
