"Very fast, efficient & professional! Perry had my dryer fixed in nearly 10 mins. Sure the prices are a little steep but it’s worth the cost for quick & professional work. Will use this company again in the future."
"Invoice # G7I2AD. Asked Music City Appliance Service to come repair an oven. Technician didn't introduce himself and showed up in a civilian car with street clothes. That was the first red flag. He proceeded to tear apart the oven to which I mentioned to my wife "there are a bunch of screws taken out of that oven and I don't know how he is keeping up with them". He fiddled around with some control panels and eventually called someone whom I assume has some experience (2nd red flag). After about a 5 minute phone call he put the oven back together and told me that it needs a new part that would take 2-3 weeks to get in. He up charged the quote for the repair to cook in the price of the visit ($89), 3rd red flag. So we paid for the rather useless visit and told him we would consider options for repair and he said the quote was good for 30 days. He left. And we looked at the oven and noticed the control panel was not flush with the oven and the gap was caused by missing screws. Checked the drive way and technician was gone. So we called the office to get him to bring the screws back and dispatch was supposed to reach out for the tech to return. After 20 minutes we did not get a knock at the door or call back (4th red flag) so we had to call a second time. Heather, at dispatch, told us "we are confused, I called the technician and he said he put all the screws back in the oven". So after sending her pictures of the missing screws she called the tech back. And the tech told Heather, "Oh yes, I actually do have the screws but I will return them when we come back and repair the part we have to order". So three things here, the technician put screws in his bag and walked out with them, then lied to Heather in dispatch about having put all the screws back in the oven, and then lied again about us agreeing to order the replacement part for the oven. Major red flags there. We asked Heather to just make sure we get the screws back one way or another. And over 24 hours later we still don't have the screws... TRLD: Requested repair, MCAS came and stole screws from appliance and then lied about stealing the screws and left with appliance still broken. Avoid MCAS Update: adding photos of the phone tag that took place just to convince your company to return the screws. I just want my screws back because at this point I still have a broken oven and no screws. Can’t believe you’re going to argue about the screws. I have an address on my invoice. You know where I live. We told Heather the screws could just be left in the mailbox. Please return my screws"
"Our ice maker stopped working and James came out and was able to diagnose and repair it quickly. They had great customer service and communication while the parts were on order. Overall it was a great experience working with Music City Appliance."
"In today’s time, it’s very hard to find a company that has a small town or old-fashioned values and or even friendly and genuinely care anymore but I found that and a lot more with music city appliance service. I called because my washer was leaking. I have six children that I wash clothes for that live at home including one that is sick right now and no one could squeeze me in. No one could come look at my washer for under $200 until music city appliance service not only did they squeeze me in today but they were able to completely fix my washer and Brian who came out was absolutely amazing!! and even explain to my husband where to look for further issues if need be. So very thankful for them and I know where I will go for any future issues."
