"I only leave reviews when someone goes the extra mile to do a good job. Deion is always friendly, smiling and polite and gets my order right. I want to commend the management for doing a great job of running this location and hiring the right people."
"Everyone at this taco bell location is so nice and knowledgeable . I commend management on this one. Very good job. The food is always fresh too. Kindness and a smile from one person can go a long way, you never know what they're going through. Keep it up guys!"
"Whoever was working at 630pm on 11/12/23, especially the shift lead, you guys need raises. I appreciate them being able to help with my mobile order amidst the chaos. Everything else about the experience was awful but the actual workers and shift lead deserve 10/10 for what they had to put up with. 5 for service, 1 for whatever was wrong with the store tonight"
"My wife went to this location this morning to pick up breakfast. Originally, they gave her the entire wrong order and gave her attitude when she caught it and waited for the correct order. They were also out of ice? Which they didnt tell her when she ordered two drinks, and the coffee was badly burnt. Once she got it home however, we realized the main items were still wrong. They had given us dinner items instead of breakfast ones. They were also poorly made-see photos to look at the disturbing amount of sauce. We returned to the drive thru (the dining room is closed), and pulled up to the window to explain what had happened and receive a refund. Originally, it was all fine, but then the young man who was rude to my wife started arguing, saying he couldn't give us a refund because we had eaten some of the items (we had only eaten the hashbrowns). Then, he raised his voice and began to use offensive language and hurling insults. We continued to argue, at which point he took the bag of returned food and launched it through the window, nailing me in the head. Finally, the manager came to the window and began to process the refund, although they had taken the receipt and apparently overcharged my wife, as they could not get the total to add up to what was charged to our debit card. The manager then would not give us a corporate or franchise owner's number, saying he didn't have it available to him. He wouldn't even give us the store number at first, only the address, though he did eventually give us that information. We will be following up with the police as I was literally assaulted."
