"I want to give a shout out to Shawn for all the help he gave me yesterday. He went above and beyond to run some tests on my car and clean off my (very!) corroded battery. He gave very helpful and honest advice and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I was there for probably 45 minutes trying to figure out what to about my car since I couldn’t get it in the dealership on the weekend, so I very much appreciate the time and effort he put in to assist me. All of the staff working that day were very kind!"

"Had a clearence sale on plug and play type S light bars for $3-$14 instead of $80, posted in store - employees refused to sell it at clearance price and claimed that they and the manager who never came out don’t know how to adjust the price but I could buy them for $80 in cash - I’m not stupid and this location has always been a joke so I guess I am really for coming back"

"An employee, I think his name was Anthony, helped me immensely today. I wasn't sure if I needed a new battery or not. When my test came back okay, but not great, Anthony talked me thru everything. He was never pushy that I should make the purchase, he just ran the test and answered alllllll of my questions. (My car is a 2018, that I recently got and was unfamiliar with any of the components to the vehicle) I decided to get the new battery after our talk, and he was great to talk to as he replaced the battery. He's a great asset to this store, and I will be coming back to this location for any other issues I have with my car."
