Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"This place is a joke - but since it’s the only pizza that our picky eater child will eat we are forced to continue to come here. Never once, not a single time, out of the dozens of orders I have placed here has my order ever been ready on time. Not once. If the app tells you your order will be ready in 30 minutes, and you show up 90 minutes later and your order still isn’t ready, that’s a problem. Employees are lazy and not caring about their jobs or customer service. They were literally just standing around and leaning on counters when I walked in to pick up my order that was placed almost 60 minutes ago."

"Ordered a few pizzas tonight. Got there waited 25 mins in the lobby (when the restaurant was dead) not a single other customer came while I was there. No one greeted me. They didn't notice I was there until my 3 year old got impatient and loud. Went to the disgusting restroom while I waited. Watching my order sit on the to go cart I might add the entire time I was there. I was completely off put from ever returning to this location. I've been eating papa murphys for over 10 years. This is the dirtiest location I have ever been in. Highly recommend someone from corporate office step into this store."

"Great experience ordering online. I went inside and was greeted by three people. Salads and cookie dough were stocked perfectly. Everyone was energetic and ready to assist. They even told me about the curbside to go. I had a sleeping toddler so that would've been perfect. Even so, they walked the pizzas out to my vehicle. Great place to get food!"
