"Placed an order online and order showed large Hawaiian chicken pizza and when I showed up looks like they made it with bacon and ham which i don’t eat. I explained to them I can’t eat that, Josh made me a new one but this time mistakenly added ham and thought ham is ok. He was kind enough to remake it for the 3rd time and offer to give me a brownie. I felt so bad and wanted to tip him and insisted but he refused to take any tips. Please go see Josh and his crew. Delicious pizza!!!"

"Jason at the counter today here in smyrna got my meal out ahead of the time he even said. He was polite, understanding of the rush I was in and I can't say I've had a better experience in terms of customer service 10/10 recommend. Pizza was awesome too!"
"Tried to order a pizza wouldn’t tell me a wait time and wanted to be hateful because I wouldn’t leave a tip on a card and then after saying it would be a hour we said nvm then got even more mad and said I just put it in well if she would have said it would have been a hour to begin with we wouldn’t of done it rude ppl don’t need to answer the phone and if someone says no tip it means I’m tipping in cash because ppl like to steal tips I was in door dash before and it happend to me I’ll be sure to call coustmer service in the morning as well"
"We came to this area in 2014 and really have gotten to like Jets Pizza. The taste has been really good in the past and have never had a complaint until recently. We’ve had now three unpleasant experiences in the past two months. First they took 2 hours and 15 minutes to deliver a Luke warm pizza. They gave us free wings the next time we ordered as a consolation. The past two times they have delivered us a burnt pizza. Being too nice we didn’t complain the first time but this past Friday it once again showed up burnt. They did not offer to bring us a new pizza and only begrudgingly agreed to a free pizza next time. Quite frankly I’m afraid the free pizza will show up the same way so I don’t know if we will ever call them again. Something has changed in this place and they had better fix it or they will lose all kinds of business. I cannot recommend this location based on their recent track record. My recommendation is to find someone else that actually cares about quality and customer service."
