Pizza Hut,

"This was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut, and I have to say I was extremely pleased. The pizzas were hot and they looked really good. I usually go to a different Pizza Hut but this one’s probably going to be my favorite going forward. The other Pizza Hut I go to the service isn’t really prompt, but this one had great service and I was very pleased."

"I was so excited to move into an area that has a Pizza Hut so I decided to order. My order took almost an hour and a half to arrive and then I discovered that the desert did not make it with the order but they sent icing for it…after looking closer it wasn’t even the right icing. I called a total of 6 times through this process and was hung up on and on one occasion told that the Memphis store was screening their calls. Finally after another hour of waiting I got the rest of my order. To sum it up…I will never order from them again. Very unprofessional and poorly staffed."

"I normally love their pizza despite working there for years... I also do understand when things happen, but it took like almost 2 hrs to get the food, the driver was nice and apologized for the wait explaining that our order was stolen. But when I took it in my daughters pizza had sausage and Pineapple instead of chicken. Eww. My mom and I both tried to call a total of 9 times and when someone did answer we were hung up on. Come on pizza hut"

"I placed an order for Delivery, paid the delivery fee and tip. When it didn't arrive, I called and was told it was carry out!! I had send someone to retrieve my food, which was almost cold and made incorrectly. I managed a Pizza Hut in 2006. I KNOW this is not the norm, but this store really let me and the grandkids down."

"Ordered two pizzas and some wings. Both pizzas were made incorrectly (missing toppings) and wings were tossed in the wrong sauce. When I called the store, I was told that it is the customer’s responsibility to check the order and make sure it’s correct, not the store’s."
