"Took my family of 7 to Sonic after church today. Ordered 7 of their ice creams and waited. After a long wait, we finally got our order and no receipt. All the ice cream was melted and when we complained, we get the old do you have a receipt question as well as would you like us to remake your order. We were not happy to say the least and were not going to wait again. We did not receive our money back nor did we get replacements, instead we get the manager coming up to us with a supposed refund receipt as we are leaving that wasn't even our order. Clearly there is a issue here. We want be back to this location in the future. All over a $22 order!"

"Today I experienced a rather odd situation. I ordered a Medium Orange Juice NO ICE. I was told that they could not serve my Orange Juice without ICE. I then ordered LITE ICE instead. It was still not added on the receipt, so I am unsure if it was done or not. I didn’t realize that I was being unethical by ordering my beverage without ICE, and I was unaware of a NO (NO ICE) policy. -8:25 AM Below is my receipt:"

"HORRIBLE the food was cold and burnt The Fritos wraps were the smallest I’ve seen at ANY SONIC ever and were 1.49 each but worth 50c if that ! The waitress was RUDE despite having a tip added. This was before I even noticed the food was all trash too by the way. I spent 50 dollars for literal garbage. Their phone is shut off so no point in calling about the horrible food and service. It goes straight to a message that says “I’m sorry but the mailbox is full” and then it hangs up on you. This sonic should be closed."

"Unfortunately, my experience with the burger was quite disappointing. The patty was overcooked and dry, lacking the juiciness one expects. The toppings seemed uninspired and failed to elevate the overall taste. The bun, too, was stale and detracted from the overall texture. Service was slow, and the overall presentation left much to be desired. For the price, I expected a much better dining experience. Sadly, I won't be returning."

"Normally they have good service but how could this possibly be a chilly cheese coney?!!"
