"The boy working the window tells you one price when he gives you the wrong change. And you call him out then he's like no that's not what I said. He was very rude and confrontational. I do not recommend bean station Pizza Plus. I always go to the one out in front of the food City on 11th on my change anymore I will continue to go there at least they know how to treat customers"

"i wish i would have taken a picture. i waited at the window 5 minutes when a girl was standing there hitting her vape in the back! she said she didnt hear the bell. it was 25 dollars for a sandwhich and 8 wings. they said the wait would be 15-20 minutes at 3:01 and i pulled around i pulled back around at 3:23 and they said my food was coming out and i sat waiting in the drive thru for 10 more minutes. when i got home i went to take a bite out of my sandwhich and there was a HAIR in my food. when i called all they did was give me 10 dollar store credit or said i could drive back up and they could remake it, i was not going to drive and get them to remake it and wait 20 more minutes!!! this is absolutely ridiculous. 0/10 do not recommend. i wanted a refund not store credit i DO NOT want to go back here and eat."

"I went for the lunch buffet. The salad was fresh. The pizza was good. You get little cups of marinara for the cheese sticks. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. It’s my new Friday lunch treat."

"The food is amazing. Hands down my favorite pizza but the service sucks. The kids are rude. Especially the dark headed girl who I assume is a manager. They need to get their attitudes in check."

"Its an ok place to eat. Decent on prices I've encountered a few problems though. On 3 occasions they have given my order away to someone else. I had to sit & wait 25 mins for them to make another one. While my daughter sat there hungry after school & they couldn't even give me even a small discount & I do suggest not to order pizza on $10 pizza Friday. The last time I ordered barbeque chicken pizza & there was no barbeque on the pizza at all. So I got a chicken & cheese pizza."
