"Always had great service and great food. The other day they added onions to a back yard BBQ when asked to leave them off. The guy that made it apologized profusely and made me another and made things right. I'll absolutely shop here more now. You could tell he took it to heart and felt bad and reacted to make a new one correctly as quickly as he could. I think he has red hair and wears a beanie. Idk his name but props to that guy."

"We went on the app to order pizza. The app showed that the only option for crust was the stuffed crust. My son only wanted Pizza Hut for his birthday so we went ahead and ordered. We asked about the extra charge and if it could be lifted since there were no other crust options. (I know it's only 3.00, but it is the prinicple of the matter). The girl working the counter got the manager on duty. The manager then informed us that there were already discounts on there incinuating that we didn't need any more discounts. The "discounts" in question was the 10.99 tastemaker deal that you all run ALL the time so no, that's not a discount. Also, the cheese sticks were bought with reward points that were earned. So no, no "discount" there either. We shouldn't have been charged an upcharge just because the store wasn't properly prepared and ran out of all the dough. That is the store's fault not ours. Also the pizza was cut very slopily. Very unhappy with our experience."

"Needs new management or better employees. Absolutely horrible, constantly ripping people off. I have reviewed them multiple times.I always leave negative feedback nothing ever changes. Extra cheese is $1.50 to 2 dollars. Depending on pizza size or cheese sticks or whatever. I asked for double extra cheese on a family cheese stick that’s $6.00 and this photo is what you get. I really believe corporate tells them to never put extra cheese on anything or this place is just clearly trying to rip everyone off. I’ve done this so many times, I’m going to find out who owns this franchise and contact them at this point. I’m sick of spending $30-$40 on pizza one night a week to get some thing that we throw most of away, because it’s just burnt bread with a skim of cheese. Oh yeah and this cup of sauce is what you get for another $1.50 barely fillet a quarter of the way full. The last photo is of a cheese pizza that had extra cheese times two on it that was $4.00 for extra cheese I can see the sauce in most places. Just a complete disappointment and always is from this location. Basically robbing their customers. Taking someone’s money for goods or services and then not providing them is robbery."
