"My wife just ordered a bunch of stuff, including a platter of brownies (12) that my daughter needed for a high school sorority dinner tonight. Got home, no platter of brownies. (hindsight: should have checked before pulling away) Called and got a half-hearted, "Oh, sorry." Drove back, showed receipt and was handed another bag. Got home. 6 brownies. (again, hindsight) This isn't the first time we've had something missing from an order. It is the first time, however, that the correction was incorrect. All of this in a 45 minute window with no time left for a 3rd attempt."

"Yall need to update your Uber eats and Door dash listing. Stopped here for a grilled chicken club as it said 10am was when the "all day" menu was served. Was told it didn't start until 10:30. Fix this...sincerely a pregnant woman with only a 30 min window to eat in between clients."
