"I showed up right before they closed and they were so kind and friendly, helping me choose a drink and sweet treat. I ordered the Taro Boba tea and I LOVE that there were options for zero sugar and less sugar. I also ordered a Taro moon cake, which I had never eaten before and it was delicious. This was the perfect late night sweet that's not overly sugary, but still brings all of the flavor. I will definitely be back to try one of the other Boba tea flavors and one of their various mini pie flavors."

"My sister and I waited in the store for 5 minutes as 2 employees stared at us, and did not wave, say hello or take our order. The store was empty aside from another patron who was near us having a conversation with an employee. Nevertheless, not a wave or anything. It was odd. We ordered our tea, and left. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, but I was too disappointed to complain. I have eaten here very, and had a different experience. The food was amazing, and so was the service. After today, I will not be coming back. I read other reviews, and it seems as if the ignoring is a regular occurrence."

"I drove to Franklin from Nashville upon a friend’s recommendation to try Sweet Dream’s boba tea. Their Thai tea was solid and strong, one of the best — however, the boba was not sweetened at all. In fact, it tasted like it was steeped in tea overnight, and gave a slight bitter taste. It was constantly messing with my overall palette and the awesome taste of Thai tea. The texture of boba was good and soft, just how I like it. I just wish they slightly sweetened the boba."

"I got the classic milk tea (bubble tea) and it was delicious!! It’s conveniently located in Cool Springs! It’s hard to find the best bubble tea, and this place is it for me when I’m in town visiting family. I order more ice and more sugar than I typically do and would suggest this strategy."

"I've become a regular customer for bubble tea here. Love the options of zero sugar and less ice!! The place is usually crowded, but they are quick with the bubble tea orders and the bakery orders. Only the kitchen items take some time. Bubble tea: 5/5 Bakery items: 5/5 Kitchen items: 3/5"
