Pizza Hut

"This location had great service, until they started using Doordash for their deliveries. I typically get my order in 30 minutes or less with an actual delivery driver hired from the restaurant. But with Doordash, the "dasher" claimed they couldn't find the location of the house. Doordash customer service contacted me to confirm my location, but they screwed that up, as well. I tried to call the "dasher" with the phone number provided to confirm their location twice, but they wouldn't pick up and their voicemail isn't setup to take messages. A 30 minute delivery then became a 45 minute delivery. At that point, I decided to contact the store to cancel the order and get a refund, but it looks like it was rerouted to some customer service number, instead. All of a sudden, the "dasher" shows up with a cold pizza and missing my drink. I tried to tell them that I already cancelled the order, but it seems that they don't speak an ounce of English. They just left the cold pizza in my front yard. I picked it up and threw it straight into the trash. I'm following up with the corporate office when I can to follow up on the status of my refund. I've been a loyal customer with Pizza Hut for many years until now. But until Pizza Hut stops using Doordash for their deliveries, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, AGAIN!!!"

"I ordered a medium pizza half pepperoni and half cheese on Friday. Dispite the 3.0 reviews, I was willing to give this place a chance well this pizza hut failed miserably. The pizza was well done and the crust were hard and tough. I spent over 13.00 for this. To the owner hire a new cook. Because you're going to continue to get bad reviews."

"I went in there yesterday and order the samething I usually order and this big fat nasty Gingivitis on his teeth man was in there trying to get smart when I asked him for a ranch that automatically comes when you order chicken and he’s going to charge me a dollar for it then my wife chicken was super dry he got an attitude when I asked him for more sauce on my chicken then I’m allergic to tomatoes and I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and it still had tomato sauce on it so I couldn’t even eat my food.!! This place is terrible even the chicken Alfredo was hard the noodles wasn’t done all the way some was burnt others was still frozen if I could give this restaurant a negative 10 stars I would. This place needs to be shut down.!!"

"I have only ordered from this pizza hut twice in 3 years. I ordered 2 pizzas last night. I go pick them up and bring them home. I looked at them and they were half cooked. It was still part doughy. So I called them and they told me to come get 2 more pizzas. Needless to say I got home and it's the same concept. So if this has happened to me every time I have ordered from them then I give up on this pizza hut. I wasn't fixing to drive up there again to get more half done pizzas."
