"Every single time I have gone to this location I have had a bad experience. The coffee for the iced coffee never tastes fresh. It’s always bitter. The time it takes to get my order taken, pay, get the food, not to mention waiting for them to make a bagel is ridiculous. Well over 10 minutes. It is fast food. I know it’s most likely not the employees’ fault either. Every time I have gone inside there have been 1-2 people working during the morning rush. Do not recommend this spot at all. Management needs to do better with hiring."

"First, I was here on the day of the 8" of snow, staying at a nearby hotel. They were open in the morning and I ordered 6 donuts to go. The yeast raised donuts must have been 2 days old, very dry and hard. I asked if they were freshly made and should have known better when I did not get a straight answer. Stale donuts, ok, but give us a price break!?!?!"

"Cut me off about 4 times in the middle of my order to tell me to “pull forward” and had an attitude each time I wasn’t finished ordering. Is it that hard to be polite or patient these days? I literally hate coming here and am always disappointed. Lesson learned"

"Awful. Worst everything bagel ever! They didn’t melt the cheese on the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. And just look at this “assortment” of munchkins. The classic chocolate glaze is nowhere to be found. Makes me wonder what restaurant is going to be at this location in 6 months."

"Let me preface this by saying we LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts! We don’t have any local old fashioned donuts shops, so this is our go-to donut place. We love their donuts. Their coffee is excellent and I like that you can get breakfast sandwiches and other real food. The combination of DD and Baskin Robbins is a plus. However, even pre-pandemic, this location struggles to keep up and keep clean. It is always busy, so this likely contributes to the problem. But it feels like they are about 2 employees short of a smooth operation. Drinks are often wrong (especially iced coffees) and the inside looks like it isn’t cleaned frequently. We will keep going back, but this place could do so much more business. I frequently see people wait in line for a few minutes then leave out of frustration."
