"Quiet honestly this is the saddest papa John's I have ever got food from. My pizza was cold and hard which did not make sense since it is suppose to be fresh. I did not get my dipping sauces I paid for and their boneless wings are more like a rubbery mystery meat that I couldn't even eat. I recommend no one gets food from here because the quality of what I received is the saddest of what I have ever seen. Wasted money on food here. I could have got better out of the trash."
"Ordered the jalapeño pizza bites unfortunately they were not cooked thoroughly, ordered parmasean chicken wings they were amazing so not sure what's going on but I guess it's 50/50. Delivery driver was Awsome"
"Delivered it early, called when they were outside, and the delivery driver helped our business get a ton of food. Much appreciated as we need to order in bulk consistently. Our secondary location also has a good experience with a smart and quick driver at the same time."
"Okay , so I tried this location again after about a 7 month hiatus , hoping for a better result , but disappointment reigns again. I thought that with time they would improve , but unfortunately , that is not the case . The first time I tried this location , my pizza dough was still raw. On this occasion , I ordered the NY style pizza with quite a bit of customizations….the actual pizza they gave me is regular hand tossed crust. My order should have been half pepperoni , half chicken and veggies , but instead it is a pepperoni pizza that was premade and they added the customizations on top. You can tell that it was not made fresh. This location saddens me.."
"We've been here twice and twice they definitely DID NOT deliver. We decided after the first time that we were not going to go back here. We thought we picked the one in Murfreesboro Pike but it picked this location. Their crust is half the size of other Papa Johns. It's slightly burned on the outside of the crust but slightly uncooked inside. They skip out on the sauce and some parts of the pizza doesn't have it. I ordered mushrooms on both sides but they only put half mushrooms. This particular establishment is intent of skimping out on the ingredients. I will add however that the workers always seem nice. The workers are the only redeeaming quality."
