"During my visit earlier today, I noticed a missed opportunity for customer service upon my arrival. I entered the establishment and unfortunately did not receive a greeting from the cashier. It seemed that she was engaged in a conversation and appeared somewhat irritated when I walked in. After placing my order, I received my drink from the cashier. However, she promptly placed it on the counter and walked away without confirming its readiness. I had to inquire about the status of my drink, to which she replied affirmatively while simultaneously attending to another customer who had just entered. On a positive note, I must mention that I enjoyed the Mango Mama loaded tea that I purchased. It was indeed delicious."
