Pizza Hut

"Me and my family decided to order take out 1/7/24 this restaurant use to be the best pizza hut ever but we were so disappointed the dasher brought our food and it was horrible, cold and missing toppings that we ordered asked for bone in wings didnt get any wings or my fries called the Dasher she stated she was only given the pizzas!!!I paid nearly $75 for pizza and wings and fries!!! I called the store nothing was done asked for the district manager number was put on hold for 25-30 minutes I just hung up, called the next day no answer!!!!!"

"There were only a couple people working when I went in, but they were friendly and made sure to communicate often while I was waiting how much longer before my order would be ready. Great customer service."

"The people who work here are very friendly and care about service both front and back. The food was fresh and one thing that typically happens when you order stuff crust is the crust appears to look like something out of a horror film. The crust was perfect. I am not sure when this place opens but they deserve a new building or remodel."

"I place an order yesterday online and the three pizzas were ok. The breadsticks were so tough to eat they got thrown away. I never received the chicken wings she stated she didn’t have time to make them and the manager when she decides to show up I will get a refund. I won’t be back. I will take my chances in Bartlett."

"Whenever you order pizza 30 minutes is fast and on point! Customer service was A+ ... customers place their orders online or by telephone. You can not go inside. One of the employees will come to you car to see if you have an order. Pull up to the window, pay if you haven't already online and wait a few minutes in the parking lot. The employee will bring to you! I like that! Good job!"
