Recommended by a friend, Phillip and Keri (Nashville, TN location) were professional, informative, and wonderful to work with. Delivery went just as smoothly as the sale. Carlton and Carlton (yes both were named Carlton), delivered on time and were cautious not to scratch the surface of the refrigerator during entry or set-up. After installation, they noticed the french doors were not lined up or close properly. They took the time to make the adjustment needed so I would not have to call AllSouth or the manufacturer for a simple repair service. Both men were very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. If you are looking for that personal experience not found with other major outlets, I highly recommend you call AllSouth Appliance and schedule an appointment."

Called AllSouth on a Tuesday afternoon, ordered a washer/dryer and they delivered and installed them the next day. "AllSouth Appliance was incredible to work with and made getting a new washer/dryer SO easy! Our old washer broke and was too expensive to repair so we decided to get an entire new set. Kerri was amazing to work with and provided lots of options and price quotes for what we needed. Delivery was incredibly fast, too, which was much appreciated. Our delivery team (Carlton) was also amazing! Our washer/dryer space is extremely tight and is no easy task, but these guys had a great attitude about it and were able to get everything in and out without any damage. Now, what really won me over was the customer service. The dryer didn't sound quite right after installation and instead of sending out a repair man, the team decided to order an entirely new machine and scheduled for a replacement delivery. I got to keep the functional but noisy dryer as a temporary fix until the new one was delivered a week later. Now all is perfect, and I couldn't be more happy!
