"So let me start by saying I’m an understanding person. I know stuff happens out of people's control however, nothing was offered for the inconvenience. I’ve had my couch for almost a year now and the middle pillow, the one you lean back on is missing. Every time I would call I get told the same thing the kind of couch I have may never be in stock again but if it does they’ll call me. I can see how that is out of their control but I spent money on something not knowing I wouldn’t receive all of the pieces to it and nothing was offered when that is a big inconvenience for me when I have to sit on my couch. Not even an apology."

Even after I emailed them the receipt showing I paid for the warranty. Months of phone calls and endless emails. If you shop there, DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY!
