"The atmosphere was fun and welcoming! We tried Doughbird because it was new’ish and we love pizza! I got the Spicy Hawaiian pizza and my daughter got the Margherita pizza. Both pizzas were good, but not great. If you like spicy like me, there was just the right amount of bite on this one! For me, it was a bit too salty. But, I did eat the whole thing! The star of the show for me was the appetizer we ordered. The Mozzarella Sticks were fantastic! Don’t let the price scare you on these. They are large and perfectly crispy. Great flavor combined with the marinara sauce! Treat yourself!! I have the service as a 3-star primarily because we were just served. Waitress was cordial, but not friendly. The manager (at least he seemed to be in charge) walked past our table by the bar (towards kitchen) a few times and never engaged even though I made eye contact to see if he’d at least smile and say hello. I won’t go out of my way to eat here, but it’s a great option if you’re in the area around meal time."

"First time here and loved it. I love that it is very open, lots of plants, large bar, clean restrooms and even better service. We went during the day and there were several families so very family friendly too. We sat at the bar and Marc who is there on Saturday during brunch is so sweet and makes great drinks. I will definitely be going back for more. Their salads..... soooo good and i watched them make them because of my seat and man can they make a mean salad. We also ordered the Brussels, BBQ chicken pizza, fries, Caesar salad and wings. Very Good. Look forward my next visit."

"My wife noticed the entrance and sign for Doughbird from inside the parking garage at Hill Center, and she said we should try it since it’s something new. I did not have high expectations, but boy was I wrong. We were immediately seated by a polite hostess and our waitress was super helpful and attentive. They have about half a dozen regular craft beers on draft and one rotating selection. I had a terrific local IPA and my wife got their Spicy Blackberry Margarita which was a frozen drink with habanero and berries. She doesn’t usually like a lot of spice, but her drink was flavorful and delicious! We split a dozen chicken wings, half in teriyaki and half in chipotle BBQ. We also got a side of their crispy Brussels sprouts. The wings were some of the very best we’ve ever had. They were meaty and perfectly cooked. The wings must have been brined because the meat itself was perfectly seasoned throughout. And the sauces on them tasted freshly made, especially the teriyaki. I’m not usually a fan of ranch, so we ordered blue cheese to dip in as well, but both were amazing. Definitely the best ranch I’ve ever had, and all sauces are house-made daily. The Brussels were soooo good too! We also ordered the Family on the Fly 40 to go, which is a large Caesar salad, a whole rotisserie chicken, and 2 large sides for $40. We will most definitely be back to try their pizza next time! They also have a covered outdoor eating area, happy hours, and more to-go only specials. Check it out!"

"We had two families to feed, and Doughbird did not disappoint. The best part of the meal was the Copper Hat Pizza. Also incredible was the Ingredient Salad with rotisserie chicken on top. Our server was so attentive and personable and really made our experience so enjoyable."

"Ordered 3 Detroit style pies: aviator, spicy Hawaiian, & BBQ chicken. Also had cocktail: Spicy Blackberry Margarita. Pizzas were delicious & drink was awesome! Also had brookie. So good!! Service a bit slow, but I think server was new. Other team members pitched in to make our visit great. Thanks everyone!! Highly recommend this establishment."
