LongHorn Steakhouse

"This location has went down dramatically since the last time I ate here a year ago. First off when walking in it smells like something dead or sewage in the waiting area. One large section is closed because they are short-staffed. Our party of 16 had to wait for an hour sue to this shortage. The hostess had to help gets drinks & bring bread & wasn't well trained on how to do those simple tasks. The hallway near the bathroom smelled like something was dead in it & the bathroom might have been as bad if it wasn't for air freshener. It's makes you not want to even wash your hands and eat there. I ended up using sanitizer instead of washing my hands like I normally do before I eat. The floors walking to the bathroom, hallways, and I'm the bathroom we're very slippery & greasy. If someone on crutches, elderly, or disabled would've walked on it they would've fail & had a legitimate lawsuit. They apparently used the same mop they use in the kitchen for the bathrooms which is gross & causes that issue. Luckily the food was good & the waitress did a good job. I can definitely say I will never plan a dinner at this location again & if someone does I will let them know of my experience so they will reconsider. I'm not sure of this is caused by different/poor management and can be corrected or if the company as a while has drastically declined. I definitely didn't get the value for the $185 I spent on the 4 people I paid for."

"If you come here during the evening be prepared to wait. They shut down half the restaurant due to staffing issues on the evening I went and the hostess was bussing tables so we even waited to be put on the wait list. They tell everyone a half hour but it really took a hour to be seated. The waitress took our order and brought us drinks and appetizers and the kitchen brought us our food. I had the ribeye. My son received a full rack of ribs. My wife received a chicken sandwich. All the food was wonderful and cooked to our specifications. My wife had ordered the French onion soup and she never received it. So while the food is good and might be worth waiting for you might not get it. We did complain to the waitress and we thought she was going to get it but she was confused between the soup and the Mac & cheese. We ended up getting her to remove it from the check."

"***The worst experience in steakhouse in Memphis*** LongHorn is my favorite Steakhouse in US. But it was mistake to go LongHorn Steakhouse in Memphis yesterday(12 Jan 2024) 1. I ordered T-bone steak and 2 side menu. But side manus had not been served until I finished off the last piece of steak. 2. We asked 2 blue moon beers. But decoration was overturned and sharp shape directed to the face for both 2 beers(see the photo). I have a doubt about whether someone do this intentionally. 3. My co-worker orderd outlraw ripeye as medium. But it seemed too rare to eat. We asked grill more to medium but still almost same. I will "NEVER" go to LongHorn Steakhouse in Memphis again and tell my friends not to go there."

"I love how they cooked my Lobster Tails & shrimp to perfection!!! My son's Outlaw Ribeye (medium well) was cooked wonderfully as well!!"

"The meat is overseasoned, and overcooked, when I ordered it it was medium, the appetizer was good and the bread was very delicious, family atmosphere"
