"CELIACS, if you have had a bad experience at this location, please try the Firehouse in Collierville. It is excellent! Night and day. I tried the Goodman road location as it is closest. The person making the sandwich huffed and puffed the whole time like it was a great inconvenience (Note: this was a few months ago, haven't been back). The Collierville workers are so meticulous and courteous. So now I only have Firehouse when I am in their area."

"Ordering at the counter, I spoke deliberately and clearly. My to go order was handed to me quickly, not made as ordered, and incomplete. When I asked for the "left out of the order" soup, I was handed a small cup containing a "bowl" of soup. One other item in this meal was made incorrectly."
