IHOP

"The Waiter Marcus has restored my faith in the younger generation! I pulled up & dropped My Dad off at the door with his walker & went to park. Marcus came outside & asked My Dad if he could help him in. He held both doors open for him (the doors are heavy). After, He was our waiter, Very Friendly, well Mannered Young Man!!! Took our order fast & brought our food quickly. We had omelets, they were okay, the orange juice & pancakes were great. Thanks Marcus for being a Nice, Courteous guy."

"I ordered a medium steak and got well done but other than that the food was good... The server was great, very polite... The atmosphere was cold but it was a calm vibe... The water glasses we got were dirty with a bit of food floating in it but the server brought us clean ones with no problem. Overall it was a nice experience."

"Terrible experience. Currently at this location as I’m typing this review. Waitress clearly can’t multitask. We were sat down at 10:10. Drinks ordered at 10:20. No drink refill in the near 40 minutes waiting for my food. Waitress comes back and asks are we ready to order. What??? We already ordered. SMH. Brings out French toast, with no napkins or syrup at 10:55. Took one bite from the French toast pictured. Hell, it was cold by that time. Waited another 10-15 minutes for the waitress to come back so I can ask about the pancakes that go with my order. She comes and asks if we need a to go box. At that point I was fed up and asked for the ticket. I really wish zero stars was an option. Second to worst IHOP experience ever. At least the utensils were clean. Completely unacceptable. No tip for bad experience"

"My waitress was the BOMB. Only reason for 4 stars was because poor girl needed some help and it couldve been cleaner!!! We came in with 20 people and she already had a group of 15. We had to wait so long we almost left. Eventually she was able to make it over to us, and she was pleasant and helpful and she got every single order correct!! The food was better than I have had in years there! She even made my little man a smiley on his pancakes! Kudos to the 2am team on April 2nd!!"

"A Lacey pick today! I asked her if it should be 2 or 3 stars and 2 it was. I am not saying the food was terrible, it was pretty good. I thought my pancakes were a bit under cooked, but hey enjoyed theirs and I gave em my meat. I usually never eat eggs, and did so today. I think the problem today was the crazy long wait and lack of communication and and non attentive service. I think the server was sweet , but that doesn't define a meal. I will say it could have been worse for sure."
