"While the food was great and our cashier was very nice, I was a little wary about the fact that one of the employees that was wearing gloves, thought it was appropriate to scratch her face and go right back to work. True she was only running the drive thru register but still..."

"Poor service, long wait time, and cold food. Sounds odd doesn’t it? I went through the drive thru today at 2:45p- there were two cars ahead of me, both having placed their order and were sitting at the window. 15 minutes later, i was met with a nasty, bad attitude young woman at the window. Didn’t get order right. When i pulled away from the window at 3pm, why was the food cold? Wait that long for them to cook the food? Or are they just screwing around? The latter because the food was ice cold. The fries must’ve been from the prior day and the burgers looked like an absolute mess, and yes, cold too. That woman needs to find a new line of work, because she (and the cold food and long wait time) made me realize i will not patronize this place again."

"This embarrassing moment occurred 1320 hours on January 28, 2024 at 7935 Craft-Goodman Frontage, Olive Branch, MS 38654. At the mentioned date, I was accompanied with a camera man and was documenting a routine. I drove to my favorite shopping stores and my favorite Krystal. I arrived and ordered my food and she repeated the wrong order. I corrected the order and suddenly a male voice interrupted the intercom. His tone was angry and he addressed me in the most unprofessional manner. I respectfully reminded him that I am a customer and I didn't want Krystal to be viewed negatively. The correction caused him to become more hostile and I told him this was being recorded, to give him a hint. This person spoke to me like I was in a zoo and I was embarrassed. I asked for his name, and there's witnesses he refused. I asked for the manager and to my surprise, he stated he was the district manager. I drove to the window, careful not to activate their timer. The district manager came to the window and put on a show. I tried to take the picture myself as the district manager was obvibious of my passenger with the camera. I'm shocked to learn the POOR quality of management of this franchise. He still refused his name, but I'm sure the company can find him on their camera, wearing the black Steeles shirt from the date and time."

"The service was great and fast and the lady even brought us our food to our table. Surprising coming from a fast food chain and the inside was nice I would like to write the food higher but I just can't deal with soggy burger buns so it's a preference"

"This location NEVER have more than 2 people. It took us over 15 minutes after ordering to get our food. lmost 10 before we were able to order."
