"Just went by to Sonic and bought 50$ worth of food the fries where old the hotdogs where old and dry the tenders where old and just a horrible experience"
"Bought $27 worth of food and missing a whole meal. Tried to call them but phone number goes to voicemail."
"This location continually messes with their app items, they do some of the stupidest thing such as tell you you can't order a drink with no ice, can't order drinks, they won't even disable the location on the app. Rather drive an extra 5-10 mins down the road to another location just to use my app."
"I just want to give a shoutout of appreciation to the staff that closed on 01-08-24. We arrived at the location and noticed they were set to close after pressing the button to order food. We communicated we were unaware prior to pressing to order that it was 5 minutes before closing. They staff politely accepted our ordered. The food was delivered with kindness and promptly. We appreciated that as we had a long day and opted out of cooking at home. Memphis still has solid customer service in places. Thanks again Sonic crew!"
"Sitting here completely blown away that they clean the floor with a hose like that. Entirely disregarding the food the are making. Water, soap, and whatever else that has been blown floor onto the walls, over the doors, all over the glass. No way that I’m going to eat my food. No way at all that was a sanitary way to “clean” the floor. No way all that “sloshing” was effective other than to get everywhere and onto everything. That was the wildest thing I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Who thought them to clean a floor like that? Tarzan? Never in my life have I seen such disregard to their surroundings, could care less food is around much less that a customer is sitting there watching them do it. It was a blue shirt so they had to have been taught better. Like why dude I’m sitting here starving and because you are having to clean the floor you have to be like that? It’s literally dripping down half the door, no way I believe for a second it didn’t hit the food area. $18 down the drain"
