"Really poor customer service. Girls working at the store when asked for help act really immature and stupid. Making all kinds of expressions rolling eyes and stuff. If you don’t want to work don’t work. Hire better people instead of stupid kids who just want to buy Stanley cups with their money."

"Got my black friday order shipped to the store and was checking the tracking everyday to see if it reached (it still says in transit) i emailed abercrombie and they said it was delivered more than 10 days ago and since i didn't pick it up they will refund me. except i won't be refunded till an associate scans it which is annoying since it's already been 13 days since it delivered! On top of that they gave me only 20% off for the inconvenience when it was discounted more than 20% on black friday."

"This store is always well stocked and prices are great. Andrea went above and beyond to find the exact color and size of T-shirts that I needed for work, and while she was doing that, we shopped and found more bargains. We drive nearly 100 miles to shop here and we are never disappointed."

"No one greeted my family and I whenever we came into the store. The two ladies working here were on their phones the entire time and never said a single word to us. Terrible costumer service, nothing but disrespect. This made the atmosphere heavy and enjoyable, I didn't even want to spend more than a few minutes in there. Regardless, they do have nice clothing but to have a great store they have to have great costumer service too, but again, they were lacking in that area majorly."
