Reviews
"Helpful staff as always. Not sure why this store always seems to have carts of supplies to put away in the aisles impeding traffic and slowing down the pace of people getting to the store. The stock levels were good today which was a positive meat section was full."
"Although Kroger in Arlington is always busy the people that work there are always pleasant and happy to help if needed. The produce is always fresh and I prefer it over Walmart any day."
"No carts avaliable. Self check out number 5 was malfunctioning to the extent it was almost unusable. No attendant for our cube of 8 self checkouts, which is very frustrating when self checkout needed them over multiple timed due to its malfunctions. Typically ok but they need to scale up to accommodate a growing arlington."
"This is worst Kroger I have ever used in my entire tire life. I have to use the pick up service a lot and my food is often rotted (spoiled bags of salad, and bruised soft already expiring fruits) broken eggs, missing items. The new pick up manager is extremely rude and has a major attitude like their mistakes are the customers problem."
"This Kroger is always out of everything I need, and just not keeping up with the population growth of Arlington. We were supposed to get a MUCH larger store, but the brain children at Kroger corporate in Ohio decided we could get by with the store we already have. I think it's time we petition another chain to open a store here. With 20,000 people living in the Arlington area, we need a bigger grocery store and this Kroger is no longer serving our needs. Also, with Arlington being a more affluent area, we could really attract a great company to move in here, maybe even Publix. Maybe then our needs would be better served. I'm just tired of the store alway being out of EVERYTHING I go after. Tonight I went after 4 things, I left with 1 of the 4 items I went after. They were out of the others."
