"This has to be by far the worst wendys ever. They always get my order wrong I try to hold out hope for it but its been well over a year and they have only gotten worse. They are extremely rude except for one lady on the intercom. They didnt even give me my receipt. And they are unnecessarily slow this is ridiculous they really need to start over with this location."
"I had to send my wife's door back twice. The nuggets were hard as a rock, tiny due to dehydration and cold. Then they gave me the same ones back. The meat on the burgers was also overcooked and not worth paying for..I just left in frustration. The manager was absolutely yelling at one of the employees about not understanding the difference between clocking out and going on break..I could hear the whole thing through the closed window. I'd try one of the other local places tonight unless you don't want fresh food."
"Worst possible service imagined, I mean this lady the manager or shift leader. & she talked to me so horrible along with another staff member. Threatening me, cursing me, & forced me to take the food after asking for refund. I was afraid of being harmed, so I just left."
"They could not figure out how to work a card reader. So instead of taking my card, they said they could only do cash. This Location needs more white workers or workers who can at-least do their job and know how to. Employee sounded so ghetto that It hurt my ears. Arlington is a nice area. It is no place for hoodlums to be working."
"Absolutely the worst Wendy's experience ever. I have tried to give them the opportunity to be better and do better, but nothing changes. Therefore It’s time for me to write a review. They never get any order right, despite what your receipt says, they give you what they want. The receipt clearly says 2 JBC - No May, No Tomatoes. Well, I get one with no Bacon, with mayo. The other with Mayo, Tomatoes, and no Bacon. Seriously, people. How hard is it to read the order."
