"This is probably the worst experience I've ever had with my food at a restaurant. I ordered my wife Rice it was LITERALLY COMPLETELY un cooked rice and they placed it in a container and put it at the bottom of the bag like they had actually cooked it. We had cinnamon rolls or should I say cinnamon toast because they were burned to the point of looking like charcoal. Then after spending $67 dollars on this trash I had to hear my wife with the men never check the food before the leave the restaurant comments."

"It was a great place to work. I got fired for getting in trouble. Supposedly because I'm a photographer and I take pictures and video. I didn't realize an employee was in the video and they all ganged up on me and said that the girl was afraid that I was taking pictures of her and earlier that night I offered her breadsticks and she ate. I offered her food and they said that I was acting aggressive even though I was not in my heart thinking that I was acting aggressive."

"Visiting from out of the country. Never have I experienced a staff where they just seemed like they didn't want to be there. Also the portion size for a 20$ take out is unreal.... never again."

"This is my go to place I love the food it’s very affordable. I always take my family and some of my siblings go as well. It’s never overcrowded, and we receive our food always hot. I gave a four star because sometimes the food might be a little off every time I go is different stuff and I go at least 2 to 3 or four times a month but I drive all the way from Memphis just to go to this Applebee’s."

"Horrible service and food. We ordered car side takeout. After sitting there ten minutes after they said our order would be out I went inside to get it. I asked if the order was ready and the young lady said it had been sitting there but didn’t say why it wasn’t brought out. Got back to the hotel and the steaks literally looked like microwaved food with fake grill lines. I’ve had Salisbury steak from the frozen section that tasted better. Packed it up to take back to the restaurant the next day to get a refund and didn’t eat dinner that night. It was just way too late and we were exhausted from having to bury a family member earlier that day. Took the food back the next afternoon and spoke with a manager named Markesha. She told me she would have to call the help desk to get a refund and it could take up to ten days for it to process. That was fine cause I definitely did not want the food remade as she had suggested. She looked at the steaks and said they were over well when we asked for medium well. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. Just mentioned how she would have to deal with her help desk which focused on her inconvenience and not the customers. Had I seen how nasty the exterior of the place was the night before I would’ve left the food there to begin with but that’s a story for another day! Can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. ZERO stars and do NOT recommend."
