Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I went to location today with my daughter. I asked for a burrito and my daughter a bowl. I chose chicken for my meat. I thought it supposed to be a spoon full. The employee gave me six pieces. Then procced to give my daughter my other seven pieces of chicken. I told the employee that I didn't want the burrito. My daughter asked for more chicken. The employee said "they going to charge you for it." Why, when you didn't give her the proper amount of meat in the first place. My daughter told me it was only about five pieces left in the container. You couldn't give her that and chose to save it. We were the only customers in there. My daughter decided not to get the bowl and we left. This location do this when they are low on toppings. The first time I went there the fajita veggies were low and they gave the customer behind me three fajita veggies. He had to ask for more. What is wrong with these people? Just make more. I been here twice and twice I walked out without buying anything. I will never ever go back to this location. Chipotle is too expensive for them to be doing this to their customers."

"Starting with the food, it taste amazing just like Chipotle should. The rest of the building needs to be reevaluated immediately. Terrible staff. They are very rude and are always rushing. The 4 times I've been there since opening, only 1 time did they have all the ingredients available. The portion sizes were very low the 3 of the 4 times. I didn't pay much attention to the cleanliness of the store but since reading other reviews I'll definitely be looking next time, if there is a next time. Crazy thing is I've applied up here twice and got turned down and I have management experience lol"

"Having a Chipotle in this area is really convenient so I really wanted to love it but it’s not up normal Chipotle standards at this location. The service was fine aside from the employees bickering amongst themselves but the restaurant was truly filthy. I don’t think the floor has ever been cleaned properly and the tables were very dirty as well. Every surface looked like it was due to be cleaned so I can only imagine what the kitchen floor and surfaces look like. I had fully intended to dine in but after seeing the dining room, I took my burrito to-go, and frankly it was hard to enjoy without thinking about whether or not the dishes were clean that was used to prepare it. Overall, it’s a matter of cleanliness that may make or break this location."

"In my humble opinion, need to pay attention to detail for orders and presentation. This sets this chain apart from others. First visit my order didn’t include all the ingredients for a burrito bowl.. And I double checked it wasn’t my error. Second visit my burrito was half wrapped in foil."

"I went on 1/17/24 order to carne asada bowels and the salsa was old and had a bad odor tried calling no answer. Tried calling hotline was informed had to fill out a complaint card. I was told that the taste come lime juice. I spent money on something I can’t eat. I need to be contacted"
