"Dear Jack's Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to the Jack's location in Millington, TN. I believe it is essential to bring to your attention the issues I encountered with my order. On 2/07/2024, I visited the Jack's restaurant in Millington and ordered a three-piece chicken dinner, expecting to receive a breast, two wings, a biscuit, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes, as indicated on the menu. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I encountered the following discrepancies: • Instead of the expected breast, I received a thigh. The order included two wings, which aligns with the menu description. • However, the order lacked the promised biscuit. Instead of the anticipated coleslaw, I received green beans. • Mashed potatoes I received. I understand that errors can occur, but the multiple inaccuracies in my order significantly affected my dining experience. I couldn’t address the issue with the staff at the restaurant, I didn’t notice the inaccuracies till I arrived home in Memphis, TN. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate actions to ensure that such discrepancies do not reoccur. As a customer, I believe it is crucial for the restaurant to uphold its standards and provide the quality of service promised to patrons. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."

"What is about the workers at jacks that makes them look at you like “what are you doing here?” If you’re not retired they think you’re there to apply for a job I guess, bc you’re certainly not treated like a customer. I went to get my pick up order this morning and they said it had already been picked up. I said, you mean you gave it to the wrong person? They then tried to make me wait while the remade the order, but I only had a 30 minute break so I could not give them all day to make it right. Plus, they were busy giving priority to the retirees who had no where else to be. I did not get a refund or food, I guess I’m just out $20 because no one answers the phone, and the app has no options for recourse. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be back. Edit: I did submit a complaint on the website provided. I never heard back. Jacks customer service is non-existent."

"Slowest jacks in Tennessee. Food always old. Service not friendly. if people in Tennessee only knew what good Jack's should taste like. This is not it. Just want this store to be as good as the jacks I grew up eating in Alabama. My first job was Jack's in Haleyville Alabama. Never had a bad trip to an Alabama Jack's. STILL love Jack's always will."

"I had such a good experience. Everyone was so nice. The second I walked in the door, I was greeted. The girl was so sweet that took my order. The staff was talking but they weren't loud and were talking nicely to each other. The restaurant was pretty clean. 1 table had a used balled up napkin on it and another some straw wrappers. There was several people in there eating, so it wasn't a big deal. Seemed to be super busy in the drive-through. The booth we sat down at wasn't sticky at all. A place that has honey always has a sticky spot somewhere. No, not at all. And now that it's gotten colder outside, the fireplace was going, so it gave it a cozy vibe. The bathrooms were clean also. I swear there isn't a bathroom I don't go in having kids. The manager running that crew was hands down the best one I have ever seen. I will definitely be going back during that time period."

"First time visiting and even seeing this place. Thought it was Jack in the box. But went through the drive through and the workers were very very friendly. Handed me a menu and I was able to place my order. The worker at the payment window wasn't as friendly but still nice so no complaints about the service at all. Now the hot honey chicken sandwich was not good.... At all. Not sure what it was about it but it was not enjoyable. The fries were decent and fresh. Sweet tea was very sweet but i expect that from fast food places. Not sure if I'll visit again."
