"You see a whole lotta blue vests walking around, but ain't nobody doing their jobs. Pathetic, waited 40 mins after asking an associate for help and no one showed. Could probably fire 50% of the workforce and not attest productivity."

"On a recent road trip... I took every precaution you could think of including popping in a fresh new battery...but my tires threw in the towel first. The first 2 I replaced because of nails/shrapnel in the tires before I even left Texas. Somewhere between Dallas and Sarasota I developed a slow leak. Had a different Walmart check it...they didn't see any problems. By the time I got to Memphis I had done a little late night off-roading and acquired an oil leak. So I rolled into the local Walmart and the automotive staff were outstanding from the jump. I don't have any damage to my car, but the last oil change was done rather quickly and the oil leak was coming from the loose filter. Another tire was shot due to more nails. In addition to that, I was told 2 of my other tires have dry rot. But did Walmart give the tires dry rot? Nope! They did not, but what did they did do? Walmart gave me a synthetic oil change and a brand new tire in under 30 minutes for about 200 flat. I laughed, I cried ..I felt young all over again. If all Walmarts ran like the precision machine that is the automotive department at this location? Well... no one would ever have a bad thing to say about Walmart and world domination would be at the ready by this spring. The 30 mins I wandered the holiday blow-out sale, forced me to spend an additional 12 bucks. The sales so ridiculous only a fool would have passed up the opportunity to snatch up these goodies. Car runs like a dream. Best Walmart visit in 10 years, hands down"

"I'm walking thru the store and I'm scanning everything as I go. I get to register and scan the QR and it asks me questions. At the end it said associate is on the way. She walks up taps something on screen. She had no idea what she did. She ends up calling a manager over and she tried to figure out what she did. She had no clue. My phone dings and I look and on my screen it says we are sorry we could not verify your order. I don't know what they did but it took everything away. I asked what's next and she said you can leave without it or ring everything up again and walked off. It wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't for me buying alot of Christmas clearance items. There was over 100 items. The least they could of done was ring it back up themselves. What good is scan and go if the employees don't know what they are doing. One good thing did come out of it. On the scan and go I overcharged myself. They lost out on that 10 bucks"

"Plenty of registers open to check out and plenty of workers around the entire store, stocking, checking out, organizing. I haven't experienced this in a long time. Plenty check out lines were open and the lines had maybe two people in them and they were checked out fast."

"Would not recommend anything from there freezer section unless you want to risk getting sick. Most of the time they take to long to put it away and it is dethawed before going in the freezer or like today most of the freezers were above freezing. I tried to tell them about it and they just said call corporate and walked away. No one here cares about their job or if people get sick because of there negligence."
