"Both me and my boyfriend’s meals were completely wrong and they tried to fix it and it was still wrong, the server acted like she didn’t even care it was wrong. The manager barely gave a solution. He gave us half off one of the meals even though both of our meals were completely wrong. With the discount I got $5 off so it was like 24 instead of 27 like dude and we told him that we didn’t even want the fixed sandwich we just wanted to pay for the side pancakes he ate and my pancakes and they didn’t listen. Also when I told the manager mine was wrong he gave me attitude and said well we brought you strawberry right even though that was only one of the several missing ingredients. I will never go back this was the worst costumer service experience I have ever had."

"Food was hot and delicious. Waitress was nice. Manager was hands on and friendly. Ordered the biscuits and gravy. Both were good but you don't get enough gravy."

"The service here was terrible. Server was pandering to the man at the table, had a terrible attitude, did not supply utensils until requested. We waited over an hour to receive the food after being seated and all of the food was cold. When I asked that it be remade. They came back less than 5mins later with a supposed remade breakfast which included 4 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon (so they lied about remaking it). The server had an attitude and stormed off when taking the food back, I had to get up and bring my child's food to the back because she ran off so fast. The good was still like warm! Now, we went to eat and had to wait for her to bring syrup which took another 15 minutes and the food was half way eaten and cold once more by that time. A manager came to the table and tried to belittle my intelligence by saying the fruit on my daughters pancakes come cold and are made fresh as if I needed to know that the bananas and strawberry would be cold. I reminded her that I was referring to my pancakes, egg and bacon being cold and not the fruit. She did not offer a discount for my wait, troubles with the food or unsatisfactory experience. All of this occurred on Veterans Day when I thought my service to this country would be honored. I was sorely disappointed and wouldn't advise anyone to eat there again. The total bill was $48.00. I paid $45 dollars after my "military discount". I was so disgusted, I lost my appetite early on but since my family was with me and we had already waited 1.5 hrs to receive the food, I suffered through the meal. I will never return!"

"Went with one of my sons. I had the free Veteran's Day meal. He had a make your own omelet. He enjoyed his omelet as did I my pancakes. The hashbrowns were a little undercooked but understandable, given that the place was packed. Mostly veterans, so probably lots of hashbrowns. The hashbrowns had an onion flavor, which I didn't like, but he added enough ketchup to not notice and gladly took mine. The restaurant had a nice vibe with so many vets, mostly sharing service stories. I saw some that hadn't previously met, share tables. Cool. My experience is servers on Veteran's Day either are super friendly, thanking me for my service or sigh when I order and seem put out. My server was neither. Professional, polite, but not overly friendly. If you add the cost of my freebie, the tip was still well over 20%, so hopefully, she finds her smile."

"Good experience. Visited on Saturday night round 8pm and the place was completely empty (literally my kids & I were the ONLY customers). Even with that the service was a little slow, but food was good. My only complaint and didn't want to go back-and-forth with the very young waitress was that my military discount should've applied to the ENTIRE MEAL, not just the food I ordered & the manager didn't apply the "kids eat free" (so 1 of their meals should've been free also) unless they stopped that. Anyway, I will visit again, but perhaps another location."
