"Placed a Fettuccine Alfredo Reg order to go. 4 employees in the kitchen for 30 minutes talking & only focusing about drive thru while to go and dine in orders waited. Manager said drive thru is the only concern and people inside would have to wait till drive thru stopped. Took 45 minutes to get my food and they would not refund."

"I didn't like the food. I didn't want to finish it nor did my wife. My son liked his sub sandwich though. The people were friendly and nice, but the food was not a reason to return."

"Have to definitely come dine in for the lunch special. $6.99 for a main dish, a side and drink. Can't beat that. The main eating area was clean and stays clean. Only 2 stalls in the bathroom but they were clean. High chairs were available, silverware available, and open fountain drink (no need to ask for refills). Plus love their bread sticks."

"We went here for the first time and had a bad experience. We ordered food to go and didn’t get the breadsticks we paid for. The food was bland and we got more sauce than anything else. Make sure to check your orders before leaving"

"After ordering carryout at the Riverdale location, I had to try this one. This Fazoli’s honours the dining tradition Fazolis was founded on. Brianna and Mel were very friendly and professional. Mel def deserves a raise because she was studious with cleaning the floor, bathrooms, customer tables, and bringing food out with a smile. I was checked on and offered more breadsticks than any sane person could eat. My only minor complaint is, although good, the food wasn’t as hot as I am used to at a Fazoli’s, and it came out to my table lightening fast, so I am suspecting some was pre made. Perfect if you are there for a quick lunch. Everything also looked clean and well maintained, including the menu boards. Even the condiments were well stocked. I will definitely be back if I am itching for fast Italian !"
