"Drinks were weak like they need to change the machine syrup and we asked for no ice yet we had drinks with ice. We ended up throwing the drinks out. We asked for double small fries in the happy meal instead of the apple pack and they didn’t do that either. Won’t be back. Slack."

"Been disappointed by this McDonalds time and time again. They never have ice cream or are too lazy to make it. They mess up our order a majority of the time. They also close earlier than what is posted online. Definitely DONT recommend!!!!"

"The absolute WORSE McDonalds in the city!! As I was waiting for my food, I watched this young lady lick her fingers while eating some French fries. Seconds later she comes to the window with my food in hand. I ask her if she washed her hands and she asked “what do you mean” all while having salt and crumbs around her mouth. I advised her that I watched her eat food and bring me my bag without washing her hands. Of course she acted as if I had no idea what I was saying. I am very disgusted with this location. I wouldn’t allow my dog to eat from them and I don’t even have a dog! How could you work in fast food and not wash your hands after eating? Please shut this location down!!"

"If you don't want to read all of this don't go to houston levee and macon mcdonald's,just got to highway 64,food will be fresh and better,also better customer service)!!!!I went through the drive the the boy sounded frustrate on the speaker,but i guess that's ok i can only imagine mcdonald's can stress you out if you let it. i went to the pickup window,the girl handed me a half sweet/unsweetened tea. i asked for half sweet half lemonade. she got the cup back and i'm putting my kids happy meal to the side when i turn around she is pouring half of the tea into the unsweetened tea thinking i didn't see her right in front of the window. My kids didn't get their apples that came with their happy meal."

"I recently just left back after ordering a number three a double quarter pounder with cheese after receiving my meal I only had one patty but paid for the full number three. Also my Sprite with no ice was missing an eighth of its drink instead of just filling the cup up since it had no ice. And I've been trying to contact the store for the last 30 minutes and no one seems to be answering the phone. I definitely will avoid this location moving forward."
