"I didn't go inside I went to the drive-thru but they have a back door open and I saw about five people I sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and when she acknowledged me she said can you wait a minute I had already waited 10 minutes then when she proceeds to take my order it was as if I was talking to a child that she could not understand what my order was I had to repeat it three times and then she going to offer me something else that I didn't even ask for so I said whatever give me what you said she asked me to drive up I drove off"

"This is one of those Wendy's that makes you wait at the first window at the drive thru for prolonged periods of time when no one is waiting at the second window - just so you don't trigger their timers to reveal their delays in service to corporate. In the end, even with the wait, it's a 50/50 chance your burger is still handed to you uncooked. Also, when you ask for extra Ghost Pepper sauce, the charge you $1 to put NO sauce...it's as if the staff has a mental deficit at this location, or are purely greedy and unethical."

"Rude employees. Doors were locked at 7:30pm for the dining room. Went thru drive thru, no one came on the speaker. Workers inside wouldn't even acknowledge we were there. We left."

"I ordered a biggie meal with a cheeseburger, nuggets, fries, and drink. The food was good. However, the service was mediocre, at best. Could barely get the lady to say anything (with me even trying to be polite and say thank you). I'll still come back here, in the future. Maybe she was having a bad day :("

"I have always enjoyed eating from Wendy's, regardless of which state it was in. Today we ordered a Classic combo with chocolate frosty, Asiago Ranch combo without bacon and with strawberry lemonade, and chicken nuggets. It's a good meal for a few people. What else is there to say?"
