"I wanted to love this location as much as the Poplar location - the service at this location is sadly well below the level of service I’ve become accustomed to from the poplar location. I always wait 10+ minutes at this location for just a drink when I’m the only person there ordering, the first time I tried to order a sausage egg and cheese croissant I was told they “don’t do that here” although it was on the menu, and they said that it was weird that it was on the Menu. I was able to order one today but I ordered a large drink and didn’t realize til I got to work that they gave me a medium. They also asked me to tip which I thought was odd, I always tip but it was before I had even gotten my drink (which was incorrect)."
