"Today went in to pick up some pulled pork bbq. BBQ. We were greeted immediately by the most enthusiastic young man! His customer service was top tier. It was late but their was still a good selection. The lady who checked us out was sweet too. And when we got home the food was so good."

"My husband went to get the get the barbeque ( I like their barbeque), package deal, around 4:30 pm. They close 6pm. He wanted to order tea, but they had just poured it out and didn't have mayonaise slaw, which I can understand since it is made with mayo. Why so early, with the tea, don't they realize that some people don't get off of work until 4:30 or 5:00 pm. They could of waited closer to 6 o'clock pm. I know that may sound petty to some people...but to each their own. That is why I gave 3 stars."

"Decided to visit here while in town. I can say it was different. No one had on masks serving the food. The lady cleaning touched everything but didn't wear gloves or a mask. BUT, the food was actually really good. I had the pulled chicken with slaw and hot bbq (liquid). The bbq sauce was more like water than actual sauce but if was good. The macaroni and green beans were bland but not disgusting. The ribs were good and the potato salad was made correctly. Overall I was satisfied."

"A local meat producer they serve both bulk meat and hot food.. I have tried the ribs the pulled pork and the smoked sausage. For the sides I have tried mac and cheese the green beans the fries and the corn. The smoke sausage was absolutely fantastic the first time I was there but just average the second time. I did not enjoy any other meat that they had. It was subpar. The mac and cheese was terrible. Tasted like they melted plastic into it. The green beans were sweet... Definitely not my style. I do not recommend for Hartford. I would recommend you check them out for their bulk meat though"
