"Horrible location , the staff was rude , and the food was even ruder . The fact that they even tried to feed my family the food is baffling . You'd think they would care at some point about the food they serve . It was cold , and tasted awful. I couldn't even force my dog to eat that garbage."

"Weirdest thing happened. The person taking orders had a horrible attitude. I could hear it through the speaker with the guy ahead of me. Same thing with me. It was so bad that when I picked up my food the manager took it back and tore off the survey part of my receipt. Note to self: never again in Millington"

"Worst Taco Bell on the planet. Out of oil for the fryer so no gordita crunch. Out of oil... at a "fast food" restaurant? So I went with a crunch wrap supreme that ended up more like a poorly folded lettuce and tomato quesadilla instead. The bean burrito I got, cause you can't mess that up right, was about half an inch thick and wasn't blessed in length either. This place has been a joke for years. Best thing upper management did was told me to name drop 'her' for a free meal. What a joke. I threw the food away and was actually happier afterwards. Yes... It was that bad. For the 16375 time. Avoid at all cost. It's worth the 30 minute drive to go to a decent location. If you want a good laugh... Check out the pics!"

"I would love for the owner to message me about how pathetic this is. This is my second time at this location and this is absolutely my worst experience at a taco bell I've ever had. Called to complain and get a refund as I live 20 min away and they're making me return tomorrow. Andrea said she was a manager but wasn't very professional or polite. They didn't have what we orderd through the app and made us take a Baja blast freeze instead of coffee and couldn't change the order there?! After I return for a refund I will not be back."
