"Ordered a chicken slinger combo and got a jr burger with just meat and cheese,there was no fries or toy in the kids meal. Got both drinks wrong even though the lady taking the order asked at least 4 times on every item."

"Three times in a row my wife stops by. Orders me some chilly cheese tots. They do not put it in the bag. This is the third time. As I type she is on her way up there to get my tots and maybe give them a nice salute. Sad. Can't get good service anywhere nowaday."

"Food makes you sick and the service makes you angry. First time going to a Sonic My wife and I went through the drive through at night which wasn't lit so you couldn't really see the menu. Ordered and waited and waited. Then someone came out and balled us out because we didn't pay at the kiosk. Didn't want to hear that we had no idea that was what you were supposed to do. Got home and ate. We were sick for a day and half."

"The only reason I didn't rate this Sonic a 5/5 is because there are no patio tables anymore. I loved that about Sonic on general and other locations still have outdoor seating. Not sure what happened here, but it definitely takes away from the whole old-fashioned burger joint feels. Everything else is superb and even without the outdoor seating, this is still the best Sonic out of every one that I have ever visited and remains my favorite."

"We visited this location after placing our order online. Upon arrival and check-in, our order was brought out to us in a short period of time. We then requested Bar-B-Q sauce because the app showed out of stock. The car hop was very friendly and quick in returning with the sauce, and then we let her know that our chicken slider was not in the bag, but she would correct it. Not 10 seconds later, a not so pleasant and, in fact, aggressive woman comes to the truck stating, "Are you missing the slider? It's in the bag on top of the fries, I made that order myself, " we told her we double-checked and even showed her the bag with no chicken slider. She then says "well you'll have to wait 4 minutes because we have to cook it" and returned to the building. Less than 2 minutes later , the chicken slider was delivered to the truck. I don't like the aggressive way she approached the situation or the fact that there was no simple apology or even a thank you was given. The food was good. I just don't like the way a simple overlook on her behalf was handled."
