"They told me I couldn't order a classic sub the chicken teriyaki I order at a different subway 2 days prior only the one up on the board. The chicken was well under weight (use to work at a subway) lady behind the counter rude. And the bread seemed stale dont go there and corporate needs to check up on this location even if it's owned by pilot. Just the under weight chicken serving is illegal don't go there"

"The absolute worst subway experience ever. No matter what I told the guy making my sandwich he refused to do it and even toasted it with me going no I don’t want it toasted. If I had not waited half an hour in line (as the second person in line to boot) I would have just walked out without the sandwich. I truly believe the guy must’ve been high. The place is also very unclean. Skip to another exit if you really hope to get what you want."

"Lady that made my sandwich seems like a nice person but she needs to know when it’s time to be fast and take care of the line of customers vs when it’s okay to joke around with your coworkers and be slow. I used to work at a subway for 2 years and it never once took me over a half hour to handle 5 customers getting 1 sandwich each… but that’s exactly how long I had to wait in line, because she was taking her time with everything whilst joking around with coworkers instead of focusing on taking care of customers. When she’d put a sandwich in the oven, instead of starting the next person in line she’d just walk back and forth looking around and waiting for the oven to go off. When it finally got to me, I asked for it double toasted. She let the oven beep for wayyyy too long without opening it and being a former subway worker I knew it was about to be burnt as hell, which it was… she offered to remake it but I told her I have 2 dogs in the truck and They need to be let out, I didn’t have time to wait for all that after already having waited 30 minutes… so I paid for it, left it on the counter and left. Haven’t eaten anything today either so I was really looking forward to that :/"
