"I bought the best tuner on the market at the time thundermax. After less than 10 years and 12000 miles it decided to go out. I tried their troubleshooting and even sent it off for repair and all they did was blame my bike on the issues. I explained the intermittent issues and all the erroneous codes and it was all my bike. Even though all the issues I explained and tested to show that it wasn’t my bike. I could never talk to a real person it was all email. In the end I had to put my factory computer back in and ordered a different programmer and have not had an issue since. I was willing to pay them to fix it and they blamed my bike. Not what they used to be or they do not want to deal with their product and problems."
