"We were traveling across the country from Colorado to South Carolina in a U-Haul and blew both rear tires at the same time. In the worst possible place , a construction zone with no shoulder. This guy laid in the weeds, in a ditch went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thanks for the help. And I recommend Rebel roadside assistance to anyone in need."

"So this brings me great displeasure to write this but here goes; So I had a starter go out on me luckily while parked at a truck stop. Called the road service and had them respond relatively quickly. Everything was timely and he even waited an hour for the starter to arrive. Long story short, the new starter apparently didn’t work and he suggested that I had a damaged wire or bigger electric problem plaguing the truck. So we got it towed to another local shop. Day after Memorial Day (today), the new shop discovered the starter had been installed incorrectly and resulted in frying the BRAND NEW starter. I must say if I have been doing something for 10 years, to mess up like this is something else. Maybe he just had a bad day but thousands of dollars and time wasted shouldn’t be because of someone else’s bad day. Maybe let them change your blown tires or oil, but not a starter."

"Tire exploded on the sode of I65. Towed to walmart where I bought a tire because Rebel didnt carry a tire for my van. He came and put the new tire on the rim in the walmart parking lot. Came within 20 minutes and eve. Explained parts of the process to my 3 kods who were just watching! Thank you. If I ever need tire assistance when travelin through again. I will call!!"
