He was able to find the transaction and swap it for the right one. I purchased an oil change kit for the wife's car as well. Only drawback was they didn't have our cabin air filter in stock in any brand."

"Sam was less than helpful, went in for windshield wipers, he told me what size and nodded and said they are on aisle 4, picked some out took them home to put on, and surprise they didn't work. Rushed back to the store as it was close to closing time and all I got was well they should work, not looking anything up to see if my vehicle needed anything specific and said well if you had it here I could look at it. One of the wipers had fallen apart and heavy moisture in the air would have made it where I would have needed wipers to make it there so I obviously couldn't drive that vehicle. They were just worried about walking out the door right on time not customer service and it supposed to be raining all day tomorrow so..."
