"One of the worst experiences I have ever had at this establishment.. I ordered an appetizer and didn't get that until my child's dinner and dad's dinner came out. Then they messed up my order and my oldest child order at least 4 times. I finally told them to forget about my order and just try to fix my child order. She got her fries and there was literally oil in the bottom of the fry basket and she only got about 10 fries. Then it took almost 5 napkins to soak all the grease and oil out of the cheeseburger and bread just so she could eat it, not to mention another 3 napkins to soak up the oil from the fries. SMH THE total still came up over $60, it's like they cancelled my order but increased the price for everything else so I was still paying the same."

"This has become a wholesome place in a small town kind of diner. Most breakfast places like this will have the feel of just coming in and having a waffle to get you woke up and leave after hoping you don't get syrup from the previous person's food on you. But this is not that type of place. It's clean, the staff are super friendly, and the local population come there to all see each other. Its not uncommon to see a senior walk around and hand dollar bills to every kid in the place. Every time we come here I have a great meal and leave with a smile on my face from seeing everyone mingling and enjoying seeing their neighbors."

"If you place an online order please be aware that all people dinning in take priority over carry out orders. I paid almost $50.00 for breakfast. I placed my order at 9:07. Email stated that it was ready for pickup at 9:21. Waited past time to puck up because I know they are busy on Saturdays. I walked in, and they promptly told me they were still working on it. I stood in the restaurant for almost 30 minutes and was ignored as other patrons walked in, was seated and had there food eating while I stood and waited. None of the employees said anything to me and people started to notice how long I stood there and asked what the problem was. People in the restaurant were more upset for me than the employees. They finally brought my order to me at 10:52 and acted like no big deal. No apologies for the wait. When returning home with the order and my family wondering what happened, we finally sat down to eat. Half the food was not cooked, while the other half was completely burnt. I guess since I had already paid and tipped online, there was no reason to care. This makes me sad because I usually enjoy huddle house, even though they are very expensive (3 meals for $50) but I'm afraid I've eaten there for the last time in the foreseeable future. If you decide to take your chances there you better plan to go in to eat or you will be disappointed."

"Food looked good. I had a triple cheeseburger. I'd give it a 5 out of ten. It was kind of underseasoned and the meat tasted like it was a couple days old. Fries were good. My wife had a steak. The biscuit they gave her was hard. She said it was good. Service was okay."
