"Ordered a chicken biscuit and it was raw. This isn’t like messing up a drink order. Raw chicken will give you salmonella. We know you don’t care but at least care enough not to make someone severely sick. This was 2 out of the 4 chicken biscuits we got."

"The employees have no idea what they are doing. They cannot read their own menu. Tried to order a combo, was told that the combo didn't come with a drink and you could only get fries with it. Then when we get the food half of the order wasn't there and said we didn't pay for it. So glad we got a receipt."

"The chicken fried chicken comes with white gravy. If they run out, they don't say anything and put brown gravy on it instead. It changes the flavor a lot and does not taste good. Should let the customer decide if they want the brown gravy, plain or something else. They did the same thing when country fried steak was available"

"My wife and I WEREN'T greeted ,instead 2 employees were trying to figure out the register and completely ignored us for several minutes. Then when I ordered the lady asks which chicken strip meal I wanted and I said the $7 one with the cookie. Got to the table and there was no cookie. I told the lady I didn't get the cookie and she said I ordered the meal and it doesn't come with one and walked away, no apology. Also the strips were very small for the price. Usually have a good experience here but not the last couple of times. Will give it another chance before giving up on them"

"Second time I have been here and it sucks. The first time I ordered two cheeseburger meals online and had to wait an additional 30 minutes after I arrived. This time I order two chicken meals. They waited until I arrived to cook the chicken said it would be 15 minutes. Took another 40 minutes. 6 employees and barely any customers"
