"Great service provided by Chris (account manager at MRCOOL Direct). With Florida summer quickly closing in I decided to do owner preventive maintenance on my two MRCOOL systems. Although both systems were operating, I thought MRCOOL Direct might provide some pointers on DIY maintenance. I thought right. In addition to being very responsive, Chris gave great advice on maintenance, parts, and warranty, (very knowledgeable individual). I did order parts that were shipped immediately and arrived within days. In all honesty, not all maintenance on a MRCOOL is for the faint of heart, but with a few tools and a little confidence the learning experience, combined with extended system life, is worth the effort. My service pro is not threatened by my DIY abilities. Thanks Chris, I'm looking forward to summer again."
